Will you help me with the content & structure of my site?
Definitely. We’ll work together to craft your authentic, compelling story and determine how best to present it to attract your ideal clients like wildfire. We’re experts at storytelling and a design concept called user experience, which focuses on how your ideal client experiences and interacts your brand. This means higher conversion rates and elated customers for you.
How do I get brand photography?
If you don’t have any brand photography yet, we can help through The Artful Ascender: Short-term Project Rescue package, which offers à la carte creative services including professional photography.
If it’s not possible for us to come to your location, we’re happy to recommend a photographer. If you absolutely can’t get custom photography, we’ll help you select appropriate stock images and provide brand retouching for consistency.
What if I'm just starting out and don't have anything but my products or services yet?
That’s okay! Our straight-forward, time-tested process will help you find clarity on your brand, mission, and ideal client. We’ll take it from there and in a few short weeks you’ll have a stunning, solid brand, website, and marketing collateral. You won’t believe what you’ve accomplished, and it won’t hurt when folks are clamoring to work with you!
What technology do you use?
All of our websites are developed using WordPress Content Management System, a fully-customizable and easy to use platform for developing and managing websites. It allows us to give each client their own unique website, dripping with client appeal.
Are there any additional costs?
Your website’s domain and hosting are not included in The Everest Elevation: Brand & Web Design Package (although its configuration is).
Domains run between $ a year
We recommend getting the privacy add-on for an addition $ a year (it keeps your personal contact information private).
Hosting runs between $ a year
You can purchase your domain and hosting with whoever you like, but we’re happy to make a recommendation if you need one.

What files will I receive?
You’ll receive your logo and its variations as well as your brand patterns in JPG, EPS, and PNG.
You’ll receive your collateral items in printer-ready PDF and PNG.
Don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re crystal clear on when to use each file and how.
Can you help me maintain my website after launch?
We’d love to! We offer website care plans tiered to the maintenance level of your site.
- 5 or less pages a month – $285/month
- 6-10 pages a month – $667/month
- 11-20 pages a month – $1324/month
- 20+ pages a month – Inquire for a custom package

What if I have an existing website? What happens to my content?
If you have an existing website, we’ll help you determine what, if any, content is serving you and what isn’t. Then we’ll migrate the keeper content to your shiny, new site.
