Elevation Arts designed the “Mobile Medical Record” application created for use by multiple government agencies.
It enables medical providers to create and edit patient medical records while working in the field.
The first step was creating an agency-agnostic logo.
We designed a modern, clean logo that speaks to healthcare on-the-go and can be broken down into separate components including a sub-mark.
